Booking Policies: Please Read Carefully

  • Scheduling Your Preview Appointment: Your Role in Securing Your Beauty Pro

Because Asheville is a popular destination nestled in the Appalachian Mountains, many of our brides travel from out of town. It’s very important to reach out as early as possible—ideally 2 to 4 months in advance—to schedule your preview appointment. Coordinating early ensures your assigned beauty professional can plan their availability and make arrangements to be in town for your appointment.

Since every bride’s travel plans and vendor meetings are unique, we can’t keep track of every individual schedule or guarantee last-minute openings. Waiting too long to schedule may mean we’re unable to accommodate your preferred date or stylist.

If your availability is limited or you’re traveling from afar, please contact us early to discuss your specific dates. This helps us coordinate with your other vendors and plan the best experience for your wedding preparations.

By taking responsibility for early communication and scheduling, you help us provide the highest level of service and ensure your beauty team is ready and available when you need them most.

  • To prioritize weddings during the busy months of May, June, September, and October, we limit Saturday bookings and reserve most Saturdays for actual wedding services. While wedding dates on these Saturdays do not have an extra fee, booking a preview or planning appointment on these popular Saturday wedding dates incurs a $50 reservation fee per stylist, the same fee that applies to any Sunday appointment.

Sundays always carry this $50 reservation fee due to scheduling challenges and team availability.

For our out-of-town brides, we understand the importance of coordinating your visit. If your travel plans allow, please reach out to select dates outside of these peak times to avoid this additional fee. These popular dates are harder to accommodate for preview appointments, so early planning helps us provide the best experience for you.

Choosing dates outside of these busy periods not only helps you avoid extra costs but also ensures our team can dedicate full attention to your wedding preparations.

  • Ample workspace is required for artist to set up kit; this includes counter/table space and an area to set up professional lighting and styling chairs.

Please ensure that if any pets are on location that they are put in another room or crated to keep the workstation sanity.

If children are on location, please keep them in an area separate from artists’ workstation unless they are getting serviced.

  • To ensure the best results, all clients must arrive with clean, dry hair that has been washed the night before, the day prior, or up to two days before—depending on what works best for your hair type and wash cycle.

If you arrive with wet hair and request a blowout service, a $65 add-on charge will apply. This additional fee covers the extra time and products needed to properly dry and style wet hair before your appointment. This charge must be paid prior to adding the blowout service to your hairstyle appointment.

We kindly ask that the bride shares this policy with all bridal party members who have appointments, so everyone arrives prepared and we can provide the best experience possible.

  • Any additions to your requested services or the number of people in your party should ideally be submitted at least two months before your wedding day. After that, we can consider service additions on a case-by-case basis, but availability may be limited and all requests must be approved in advance.

  • Services cannot be subtracted for a lesser price from the contract, as the service agreement, on-site location, and date are all elements assigned staff has committed to in booking in for the wedding date contract.

Bridal Party Hair Prep Considerations

For hair prep considerations, if all ladies could plan to wash their hair the night prior to ensure the hair is clean and fully dry for the day of that is preferred. Washing the hair a day or two days prior is fine also - please wash as your hair does best for clean, dry hair the day of. It’s also best to avoid using any heavy, cream or oil products the week leading up to the styling appointment. For those with curly, wavy hair types, a light detangling spray can also be used (applied to hair after washing the night before from the mid-shaft of your hair to your ends only) after washing hair the night prior, but it’s best to avoid any heavier products, as well as any salt sprays or texturizing sprays. We also recommend using a clarifying shampoo two weeks out and the week of to remove any product build-up as well.

Important to Note — Please READ

Also, due to timing constraints on the day of, for bridal party members booked for bridal hairstyling service appointments, that have extra thick / extra long hair and a natural curly hair pattern they do not wish to utilize, but rather have their hair pre-curled prior to constructing for styling - they will need to arrive with clean dry, hair straightened for their styling appointment service.

If any bridal party members wish to bring clip-in extensions for their styling appointments, please let us know prior if possible. As any hair clip-in applications needed are an add-on service for partial or a full set application.

Please reach out if any bridal party members have questions in regards to hairstyling and/or makeup! 🌸
